Honeylet On PRRD: "There is no way you can question his patriotism and love for his country"

The president’s common-law wife Honeylet Avanceña granted an interview to a group of Filipino workers living in the UK. She thanked her for their undying support for the president and for their prayers.

Heartfelt Appreciation

The first lady expressed her appreciation for the support given by the OFWs in the Uk and all over the world, saying that it is the reason why the president is fighting his crusade despite all the challenges that come his way.

He Is Okay

Honeylet Avanceña also assured the Filipino people that the president is fine. Despite the rigors and the hardships of having to rule a country, President Duterte is keen on continuing his fight and his legacy to rid the Philippines of corruption and Criminality. She said that when the president was voted as the chief executive, she already entrusted his fate to the lord because it is God’s will that put him there in the first place.

Not Perfect

She further explained that while the president is sometimes too vulgar, and acts foolishly and talks tough. She admits that anyone can question his personality and his character, but no one can question his love for his country.

"You can question his personality, maybe attitude, his character, but there is no way you can question his patriotism and love for his country."

Because of that, Honeylet assured the president’s followers that he is indeed okay, but nevertheless, she asks that we all pray for the president and the hardships that he is going through right now.
